FAQ
How does Brighter Hope work with families?
1
Brighter Hope provides the space and community that make connections between families and independent providers possible. Providers are responsible for their own services, schedules, rates, and client relationships.
How do I pay for services?
2
Families pay providers directly according to each provider’s payment policies. Brighter Hope does not collect payment for provider services.
How do I schedule with a provider?
3
Families contact the provider directly. The provider explains their availability, scheduling process, and services.
Does my family need a Brighter Hope membership?
4
No. The provider holds the Brighter Hope membership that gives them access to the facility. Families do not need to purchase a Brighter Hope membership simply to connect with a provider.
Brighter Hope provides a welcoming space, connects families with providers and resources, and builds a supportive community. We are the connector—we don't replace the provider's role.
What is Brighter Hope’s role?
5
Yes. Parents are asked to remain on-site while their children are receiving services. We provide tabletop games, activities, and connection spaces so families can relax, connect, and feel a sense of belonging.
Do I need to stay on the premises?
6
Is Brighter Hope just for homeschool families?
7
No. While Brighter Hope was created with homeschool families in mind, we welcome families with a variety of educational backgrounds and needs. Our goal is to connect families with trusted providers, resources, and opportunities that help every learner thrive.
